The Bartender’s Handshake is a phrase used to define a way in which bartenders often greet one another upon arrival to each other’s bars, or as a thank you on the way out the door – with a shot. And over the last decade, that “handshake” has increasingly become synonymous with one particular bottle… Fernet-Branca. Today’s guest is the embodiment of hospitality, so it’s fitting that she works for Branca USA.
