Baysinger served as a Patrol Officer, Patrol Supervisor, Swat Team Operator/Swat Team Leader, and SWAT Team Commander with involvement in multiple police action shootings and over 250 SWAT operations with the FBI and ATF. Lt. Baysinger is a certified Senior Instructor by the Indiana Law Enforcement Training Board. Lt Baysinger holds Force Science Taser International certifications and attended the FBI SWAT school with credentials in Defensive Tactics, ground fighting, and physical fitness. Lt. Baysinger has earned multiple commendations and awards throughout his 26-year career.
