The Brain Injury that Changed Everything: Erin's Sister Science Story

from Sister Science Stories · host Jill Novak

In this episode of Sister Science Stories, Jill Novak interviews Erin McWhirter. In August of 2018 Erin had a brain hemorrhage while making supper. Two months in the hospital started Erin on the path to her new normal. One year earlier Erin had completed her yoga teacher training at a two week intensive training where I was by far the oldest person.  She fell in love with yoga philosophy, even more than the physical asana practice.  The practices Yoga taught her became the path that led her healing, and cope with this new version of herself.   Join us at SisterScience.ca to start your own powerful healing journey. The Year of YOU is our signature year-long self discovery course, or book a call to bite off just one small first step.
