Summary
[Warning] This episode contains explicit language and explicit themes. Listener discretion is advised. This is the end. Four years is a long time to do anything and while there have been ups and downs Danny is positive when he always said he needed The Broken Shelf in his life. The journey ends as it started with Danny Archive and Alexander the Tsar discussing life and books. They go through their history as friends, as podcasters, and what they believe they could have done better but also what The Broken Shelf gave them as individuals and as podcasters. They also discuss their dreams and what they expect of the future without The Broken Shelf. It's an emotional goodbye filled with tears and laughter. Join the friends as they say goodbye one last time, and maybe, the shelves aren't so broken after all. ~Follow all the Legionaries on Twitter~ Danny: twitter.com/legionsarchive The Tsar: twitter.com/TsarAlexander6 Allen: twitter.com/blkydpease Spangar: twitter.com/LSFspangar ~Credits~ Original "The Broken Shelf" symbol created and published by Danny Archive. Broken Barrel Whiskey Tasting/Interview
Release Date: 05/01/2021
Description: This week we have a big treat for you all. We had the privilege of meeting with Broken Barrel CEO Seth Benhaim who gave us some great insight into their company, the industry, and whiskey. This episode will not be like others as we were able to try their bourbon/rye flight and give a breakdown of each one. The whiskeys we tasted were the California Oak Bourbon, Bourbon, Barrel Strength, and Heresy Rye. What they have done with their whiskeys is very different than most bourbons and ryes that are on the shelf and it came out great. Listen in to hear our interview/tasting with Seth. As always, thank you for listening and "Keep it neat, friends".
