The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 02/28/20

from The C.O.W.S.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Friday weekly forum on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This broadcast is uniquely formatted to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've designed a code to reduce conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, steer clear of demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in with details. We appreciate the chance to learn about the experiences of "black entrepreneurs." Please, share with us how being "self employed" makes your work experience better. A shooting at a Molson Coors brewery (#SobrietyWouldBeBest) riveted the nation as 6 people were reported dead. Anthony Ferrill, a 51-year-old black male, is alleged to have killed 5 co-workers before turning the gun on himself. It's been reported that Ferrill had a "dispute" with one of the co-workers who was executed. Several outlets reported that Ferrill alleged his White co-workers hung nooses in the workplace and mistreated him because he was not White. Many components of this horrific event bring to mind the August 2010 shooting involving Omar Thornton. #WorkplaceRacism INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#
