The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Large numbers of workers continue to reject low-paying, "dead end jobs," leaving many Whites with major staffing shortages in the muddle of the summer months. Hopefully, large number of non-white people are saving their unemployment and pandemic benefits so that they can make major improvements to their careers. We'll also remind listeners of the importance of speaking with your children about Racism on the job. Reports indicate that many companies are turning to child workers to compensate for labor shortages. This means more young people will be in contact with Racist bosses - during the middle of an ongoing pandemic. We'll also revisit the construct value of recording devices in the workplace.
