The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. On one hand, employers continue suffering through labor shortages as a result of workers not coming back to spadework. On the other, an growing number of cities, like San Francisco and Pasadena in California, are mandating that all city employees be vaccinated for Covid-19.
