The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 11/30/18

from The C.O.W.S.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Friday weekly forum on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This segment is specifically constructed to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've pieced together a code to extinguish conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, bypass demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to dial in with details. We always appreciate the opportunity to learn about the experiences of "black entrepreneurs." Please, share with us how being "self employed" makes your work experience better. We'll continue to review how attempted counter-racists can best utilize recording devices to solve problems without creating new problems in the workplace. We'll also assess our code for managing "holidays" in workplace. It should be a "no-brainer" to avoid eating food items brought in to the workplace - or volunteering to bring snacks to the job. Also, in addition to requesting training opportunities in writing, Gus encourages Victims of Racism to make notes about important workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace incidents is more dependable than memory, and the act of writing can declutter your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share crucial portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #WhiteIdentityExtremist INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#
