The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is constructed to enhance problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have discovered the best way to minimze conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other problems we typically experience under Racist working conditions should be first to dial in and share specifics. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear techniques from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
