Born June 12, 1974, he became one of Villanova’s all-time greats — earning Consensus All-American honors and graduating as the school’s all-time leading scorer at the time.He was selected 8th overall in the 1996 NBA Draft by the New Jersey Nets, where he played the majority of his career. Kittles was a key starter on the Nets teams that reached the NBA Finals in 2002 and 2003, known for his shooting, slashing ability, defense, and high basketball IQ.
