The Choices we make are available to us every day in many different ways, and we don't often consider the power they contain. Every choice we make creates an action. As survivors we didn't have a choice as to what happened to us - as adults we do. Sometimes we get used to feeling down, negative and victimised, and it can take courage to lift ourselves out of that. In even one decision it is available and can give us hope in the darkest of times.
