A bilingual mental health clinician with over 20 years of experience, she champions culturally responsive care for underserved communities in the Bronx and beyond. From marathon running and founding Bronx Runway Crew to leading within Chi Upsilon Sigma and advocating as a cancer survivor, Cinthia embodies resilience, leadership, and unwavering commitment to community empowerment.
