The United-Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept  is a term that means, when expressed in practice, the sum total of everything that is thought, said, or done by one individual Non-White person, who is a Victim of Racism [Victim of White Supremacy] that is effective in helping to eliminate Racism (White Supremacy), and/or in helping to “make up” for the lack of justice and correctness, in any one or more areas of activity, including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, War, Counter-War, Racism, white supremacy, Neely Fuller TOPICS Why is sexual mistreatment of Blacks by Whites more egregious than all others; Do most Black see most problems through a racial lens; Is child molestation, rape and incest a common scourge on the history Black families; What are the wants, and how do you find out what someone wants; If Blacks have little to be proud of, the what should Blacks be doing in lieu of;  Are Black children disproportionately targeted for special education by school systems; What should Black invest more time and research in the study of mathematics;  Are Blacks, rhetorically speaking, "prostitutes" in the system of white supremacy; How to promote a mathematical mindset; Why are Black people innundated with Black female booty shaking; Why would white supremacist not want to become uninversal men and women
