The United-Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept  is a term that means, when expressed in practice, the sum total of everything that is thought, said, or done by one individual Non-White person, who is a Victim of Racism [Victim of White Supremacy] that is effective in helping to eliminate Racism (White Supremacy), and/or in helping to “make up” for the lack of justice and correctness, in any one or more areas of activity, including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, War, Counter-War, Racism, white supremacy, Neely Fuller TOPICS Is math a universal language; What is the constructive result if a non-white person refuses to get a vaccination and loses a job as a result; Why should Blacks not name call or attack so called "sell-out" Blacks; Why do Blacks need a code to combat White supremacy; Does the actions of recent male actions (Afganistan, Mexican border) dictate a pattern of cowardice; Can someone be responsible for something he/she doesnt know; Can a white supremacist be an "American;"  Should Black males get divorced, particularly those with children; What should Blacks do regarding the impact of Asians against Black people; How do people of color counter the violence of the white supremacists; How t o deal with people who wont accept the truth; Can non-white people love and experience love
