The United-Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept  is a term that means, when expressed in practice, the sum total of everything that is thought, said, or done by one individual Non-White person, who is a Victim of Racism [Victim of White Supremacy] that is effective in helping to eliminate Racism (White Supremacy), and/or in helping to “make up” for the lack of justice and correctness, in any one or more areas of activity, including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, War, Counter-War, Racism, white supremacy, Neely Fuller TOPICS Should Blacks take the COVID vaccine; Is the Juneteenth holiday a tool of the white supremacists like all other holidays and celebrations; Why should people only have sex no more than twice per week; Is masterbation constructive; Should school-aged children be taught about reparations and critical race theory; Why is it so important for the white supremacists to confuse Blacks; Does the designation of the Black condition (what it's called, i.e. descendents of slaves, prisoners of war, etc,) contribute to the confusion and allay restitution, reparations, compensation, etc,;  Why is racial shadow boxing not considered confusion;  What is the correct way for Blacks to interact with other Blacks who are discourteous; Is there a difference between the term Nigger and Nigga; Can a sense of humanity rub off on others; How to identify whites that might be allies in the quest for justice and the elimination of white supremacy
