The Crowning Series Attunements: Session 8 - Crown Chakra

NOTE: This is a healing session - treat it as such, and take the normal measures: Rest back, use your voice, breath and movement to discharge, and assist the energies being re-balanced to move through your system. It is recommended to receive this in one sitting - so make the time. During and after - drink plenty good water, have an Epsom salt bath, or swim in the Ocean. Walk barefoot. Here is the Healing Song I sang for the Crown Chakra located in the City Bowl in the Mother City - Cape Town. Early in the morning, shortly before the December Solstice we followed our feet through the streets of Cape Town to feel where best to root the frequencies of Sound, the path wound itself to the old City Hall, thus the stones of this building - home to the Symphony Orchestra, a gigantic organ, and frequent stage for many a choir are now also resonating this Healing Song. Myself, Josh of @Josh Escapes, and Pulani walked a winding path from Company Gardens to the Grand Parade. Dean Liprini of the Sacred Sites Foundation had told me that he found the Crown frequencies covering a fairly large area within the City Bowl somewhere between the Gardens and the Castle. Walking through the City streets singing, listening and feeling for tangles in the Crown petals, and combing them out with song was a beautiful experience.. Singing the City awake and meeting the early morning commuters along the way.. having my feet washed by the road washing truck - so much fun!
