Now when you look back at this, the fact that we have been drawing these districts since 1986, thanks to an activist liberal court, um and if you live in one of them, your voting rights were completely stripped from you. 00:57 and a district was drawn to elect not just a black person to guarantee an outcome, which is the most unconstitutional thing ever, but to also guarantee that that person 100 % of the time would be a black Democrat. Okay, we live in an era where a record breaking number of black men vote Republican, 20%.
