The Difference between a Manager and a Leader

What's the difference? There is a big misconception that by becoming a people manager you're automatically a leader. This is not the case. There is a big distinction between managing and leading. Great leaders have the ability to be curious and inspire those who choose to work with them. As a manager, you don't always get a say about who will be your manager, but you certainly get to choose your leader. Steven and I have a wonderful discussion around some things that you can do to start acting and being seen as a leader in your life and career.
