We saw Android Oreo go official shortly after the total solar eclipse before hitting AOSP and Pixel and Nexus devices. Seriously, the update is already out! But on top of that, the Galaxy Note 8, LG V30, Moto X4, Nest Thermostat E, and Google Assistant-powered speakers were all unveiled during IFA. Oh, we have an Essential Phone in house now too. And finally, Verizon changed up its unlimited plans and pissed everyone off.
