The Four Horsemen Team on Opening a Michelin Star Restaurant

10 years ago, four friends with no restaurant experience, including LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy, decided to open The Four Horsemen in Williamsburg. A decade later, and with a Michelin star under their belt, the team has published a new cookbook that also dives deep into what it took to make the restaurant work.
