Summary
A "reset" [in the context discussed] is a cycle of power, a movement from a higher state to a lower, completion of the reset being a movement from lower back to higher. A computer or electronic device expresses this cycle, when the device is powered on it uses low level programming languages in order to boot to higher level programming languages such as those used by an operating system. A reset can be surmised as the movement from a high to low state and then from a low to high state. This is typically observed throughout the year in the solar cycle, where the equinox is the reset point. G or 7 or September [the 7th month in solar year] is when the autumnal equinox occurs, the reset.
