The Greater World Affects Us 5/11/2020: A Phil Svitek Vlog

As much as I'd love to be able to just tune everything out and be creative, right now it's increasingly hard to do that. In this episode of my vlog I talk about how the "Plandemic" conspiracy theory affected me personally as well as politics in general. I talk about how Jay Shetty's 5 stages of coping helped me with these (https://jayshetty.me/5-stages-of-coping-with-change-you-cant-rush-creating-opportunity-in-adversity/). I also highlight how biking and napping have really helped me through these times. Plus, sometimes, doing the bare minimum is enough. I open up about how I don't think there's any good books on health care, specifically insurance (which BTW if you know of any, please hit me up). Through all this though, I found the ability to be creative. Not by my normal standards, but at least I kept pushing the rock up the hill, so to speak.
