In the studio this week, I have the founder and CEO of Millenial and Mommying, Ms. Pierra Heard. Pierra is a Cleveland native who's always been super career-driven. At the peak of her career and graduation day into her next level of life, she found out she was pregnant and thought her life was over. Through months of mixed emotions and ultimately hiding her pregnancy from the world, she realized more and more that there was no reason she could not be both a career woman and a great mother. Now, as a director of one of the top medical schools in the country, a traveler, and a full-on mompreneur and momager, she encourages other moms to go after it is their heart desires. Pierra is steadily climbing the ladder of higher education leadership, pursuing a graduate degree while motivating moms to be their best selves. She truly believes that if she can conquer life's challenges, any determined mother can too.
