The Health Message 156 Years Later

God gave Ellen G. White visions on health to instruct His people not only for their own well-being, but for the restoration of physical and spiritual health of those around them. Following a 45-minute vision, Ellen White wrote hundreds of pages on health and set forth principles, urging the value of nature’s remedies, that have stood the test of time and scientific research. We’ve had the health message since the time of the American Civil War. But what have we done with it?
