She loves to build courage by facing her fears including a solo South Africa safari, skydiving from 14,000 feet, singing in front of 10k people, and swimming with sharks.We dive into her adoption experience, her journey navigating young adulthood, early career, her corporate career, and her hard journey with her adoptive family.  We dive into conditional love, its impact, and how we can reparent ourselves towards healing. We end the show with “Rapid Fire” questions which brings levity and also some fun facts about our guest.
