She used to weigh over 250lbs Lost 120lbs First person in kettle bell community to accomplish what she did She tried other means of weight loss, but only found success when she ate healthier and did this kettlebell exercise She dropped the fast food and the excessive carbs -- overall, she stopped her unhealthy carby overeating Once Tracy got hope, nothing could stop her Fan of Vinnie, and Vinnie is also a fan of hers THE KETTLEBELL SWING Most efficient workout 4-hour body similarities Vinnie believes that exercise is a poor way to lose weight However, this is good and supplementary to diet change Tracy changed her diet drastically when she also took up the kettlebell swing There are many different versions of the swing Two-hand swing for example Tracy started with an 8-kilo Light by today's standards Does NOT need to be a heavy bell -- the way Tracy prescribes Her program is more about reps, speed, and acceleration "Loading and exploding" through the hips
