'The King is gone but he's not forgotten!' Chelsea FanCast #321

from Chelsea FanCast

Stamford Chidge is joined by Dan Silver, Jonathan Kydd and Mark Worrall the author of 'Over land and sea'; 'One man went to mow' and 'Chelsea here Chelsea there' to discuss a very celebratory final match of the season. All good things must come to an end, and it was good to see Chelsea round off their title winning season with a 3-1 defeat of Sunderland. Even better to see Remy put in a decent performance and score two goals; hopefully he’ll be with us next season. Sadly there are likely to be several players who won’t be but it was nice to give a fond farewell to Didier Drogba, Petr Cech and quite possibly Jon Obi Mikel. All in all a great season and a great finale – there is nothing like seeing the Premier League trophy being lifted at Stamford Bridge! On the show tonight we’ll be kicking off with the ratings for the Sunderland game as written by Mark and awarding our man of the match. After that we’ll be saying some fond farewells to Didier Drogba and Petr Cech, and applauding the atmosphere... Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
