Since launching the firm in 2008, Jeff and his partner, Brett Amron, have grown the firm to 25 employees and have a total of 6 partners at the firm. Last year, Hakim joined Jeff and Brett on their podcast, The Practice, and over time Hakim has had the privilege of seeing Jeff’s leadership in action.
