So it’s no secret I’m a huge ‘fanboy’ of Nick Saban. I admire anyone who exudes such a long trajectory of excellence, discipline and sustained success. It’s hard to argue Saban is the GOAT of NCAA Football Coaches. This being the case, I was ecstatic when I heard John Talty had written a leadership book with detailed insight about Saban. I reached out immediately to get him on the show. I’m so happy I did. This was such an insightful conversation about the Crimson Tide head play caller. People like Nick Saban often reach a status of awe it can get somewhat exaggerated. “Is he really that disciplined?” In a word-yes.
