The Lie of Success Metrics

We set measurable goals, we work toward them, and often… we actually reach them!Then what?I have chased the imagined feelings of achieving my metric-based goals. But my own history shows me, that when I reach them, I don’t feel those feelings. Instead, I just move onto the next project or expand my goal.
