Chief Noeller explains the technology used in the RTCC including ShotSpotter, license plate readers (LPRs), cameras and the newly deployed Drones as First Responders (DFRs).  Mayor Graham and Chief Noeller explain how the technology is used in real time, how it assists officers with reporting, the efficiency of the department and the increased safety to the Pueblo community and officers of the department.
