It was great to sit down with former LFC midfielder Kevin Stewart in the latest episode of Through The Eyes of Adversity. As successful as a footballing career Kevin had, in the theme of my podcast, we got to speak about how he dealt with moments of adversity in life both on and off the pitch. It was really interesting to understand how he managed the pressures of playing at the top level of football around some of the best players in the world. How he bounced back through difficult periods of his career and how his mentality helped him achieve so much.
