DR. Reuben Kamundi narrates the story of how his internship placement in Embu turned into a miracle that started with a research presentation in Mombasa at the Kenya Surgical society conference. After hearing about the 1st successful hand reimplantation and limb preservation afer trauma, he encountered a similar case in what can only be defined as fate; This ended up with him being part of a large team of plastic surgeons and orthopedic surgeon perticipating in the 1st ever successful foot reimplantation surgery at The Copitic Hospita, Nairobi. Later on fast tracking his journey to Plastic surgery specialization.
