She started the organization to be a resource for students she wishes she had while in school to make "adulting" a little easier. Jennifer has worked with and been featured by numerous publications including NerdWallet, The Associated Press, US World News, The Washington Post, Chron, Experian, Discover and more. Jennifer started coaching and working with clients after overcoming a difficult transition into adulthood herself. After graduation she found herself having a tough time adjusting to adulthood. However, she quickly learned how to adapt to life after school. Within 18 months after graduation, she was able to pay off over $25,000 in debt including student loans, save $40,000 and still make time for the things she loved like international travel. Jennifer has made it her mission and passion to help others do the same. Now ADLT 101 has provided thousands of young adults with relatable content via online resources and in-person workshops teaching financial literacy and personal development. Meet MJ Bridges, a high school math teacher and HBCU graduate who resides in Atlanta, GA. MJ became “Young & Debt Free” August 16, 2019, after eliminating $96,942 of student-loan and consumer debt in 5.5 years.MJ’s success with debt elimination is credited to self-discipline and side-hustling. In the last 9 months alone MJ has side hustled over $26,000 from charging electric scooters such as bird and lime. MJ believes having a purposeful and fun vision for life without debt has built a great deal of intrinsic motivation. MJ also believes habits such as journaling, acts of kindness, and mindful cardio keeps him motivated about his debt free journey. In his debt free life, MJ plans to build his brand, Young & Debt Free and become a serial investor. Furthermore, he plans to teach personal finance workshops to first generation and minority college students. MJ enjoys distance running, social connecting, dancing, self-help media and the city that drives culture, Atlanta.      Meet MJ Bridges.
