I’ve always wanted to start a podcast, so here I go! I want to share this because conversation has been the most valuable thing I’ve experienced in almost every situation. If you don’t talk to people, you don’t know what’s happening. When you know what’s happening you can learn, have an opinion and/or grow. Every time I told people what I was up to, something positive would almost always manifest. My hope is by sharing my experiences as a yoga teacher and a new mom I can inspire someone. Even just one person. So, keep an ear open I’m working on lots of fun things coming very soon.
