The New Addiction... Cell Phones!

Send me a text. Cell phones aren't just for adults anymore. This is a must have gadget that we use daily and some have to go to therapy just to tear themselves from it.(I am not kidding!) It's up to us to give up the idol that we must have 24-7 and  learn how to balance our lives without it.  Are  cell phones bad? No, but some of us let it control us like we let bad relationship control us. Some people are even judged by what type of phone they have.  Can we live without them? Yes, but do we really want to? No. I know that I don't want to live without it. We can change this only if we want.  I can't leave the house without it and if I do I start to hyperventilate .
