The Government of India recently notified the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 - and it’s going to have major implications on the Media & Entertainment industry going forward. I invited Utsav & we spoke about the key changes introduced by these IT rules and the implications it would have on the Media & Entertainment industry.
