The one where we talk community

We're really back!In this episode, we catch up on life. From fitfam crash, to the everyday chaos of “life doing its thing,” and even my epic $2 lottery win (spoiler: not $2 million).Then we dive into community. Growing up, we were surrounded by the strong, supportive communities our parents cultivated, and it made childhood feel a little brighter. Now, as adults, we struggle to build the same kind of connections. Partly because of our personalities (we’re not super “people-y”) and partly because the world makes it easy to stay disconnected (hello, online groceries and Ring cameras!).We reflect on how friends and intentional community carry us through life, and why creating your own support system matters more than ever.
