The tannins are present but polished - the kind that remind you tha Cabernet is built for food.Speaking of food… this wine is basically asking for steak, lamb, grilled mushrooms, or a big cozy bowl of beef stew. It’s structured enough to stand up to a hearty meal but still easy to enjoy on its own.
