The Opportunity of Portland w/ Bob Dalton

from Pathfinders · host Marcus Harvey

Bob Dalton, founder of Sackcloth & Ashes, has been inspired to help the homeless community after his mother found herself living on the streets in 2013. After calling multiple different homeless shelters and finding out what they needed most was blankets, he started Sackcloth & Ashes to be a mission-driven company that donates one blanket to the customer’s nearest homeless shelter for every blanket purchased. Listen along as we dive deeper into his story, and what his vision for Portland truly is. We all know the Rose City’s had its fair share of press coverage over the last few years for the current state it finds itself in, but with just a little bit of hope, and a lot of blankets, Dalton sees a bright future ahead of Portland, and hopes you’ll be a part of it. 📸 Follow us on IG: @portlandgear 🎬 Watch us on YouTube: @portlandgear 👕 Check out our merchandise at www.portlandgear.com
