The Pat & Aaron Show: 4/14/23

The Pat & Aaron Show begins with a discussion about the injury of Jeffrey Springs, especially with hurting his funny bone. The team is 13-0, but Aaron is getting nervous about the injuries. Pat then describes how he felt pretty unsure after the Springs injury and went to Twitter about it. Then the guys talk about how exciting the Brayden Point 50 goal milestone. Then the guys play some audio from Jason Licht and he discusses Devin White and drafting a QB. Then the hour ends with Today's Top Headlines with headlines from ESPN, USA Today, Barstool Sports, and Tampa Bay Times. The 7:00 AM hour begins with a discussion about Brayden Points big night, and that this team gets so much better in the playoffs....but that it's important that they get off to a hot start. Aaron also explains that the Tampa Bay Rays give themselves a good chance to win everyday! Taylor Walls from the undefeated Tampa Bay Rays calls into the Pat & Aaron Show for this great pre-recorded segment (from Thursday morning.) He explains that Kevin Cash that he has a great staff and front office; and that he is never not prepared. Taylor explains that he didn’t watch a lot of baseball growing up, but he did like to root for the Atlanta Braves. Then he explains how he worked on his mechanics in the off-season so he could be a better player! Then the hour ends with Friday Flashback. The 8:00 AM begins with James Boggs from Team Addo talks about the upcoming event "Tampa Bay Throwdown" and why you should come out. He says his mission is to suit up as many transitioning veterans as possible. He also talks about the 2022 Bronco giveaway they have, and that there are only 5,000 tickets! Then it's Who Said It and The Blender to end the show!
