Belief is everywhere in our culture. “Believe in yourself.” “Trust the process.” “Send good vibes.” But in 1 John 5:1-13 John shows us that belief only has real power when it is anchored in the right Person, Jesus Christ. From this passage we see four key results of belief:1) True belief empowers us to love and obey2) Gives power for spiritual victory3) Provides assurance in God's truth 4) Leads to eternal life. John wrote these things so we could live certain even in a shaky world,  confident in who Jesus is and confident in who we are because of Him.This message will call you deeper into a faith that is known, lived, and experienced.
