In the next episode of the series Communities Unite I am joined with Ryan and Sarah reprising as guests in this new series. Ryan has Autism and has a sister with Ulcerative colitis, he last appeared on the show in August 2021 so over a year now. Sarah has Crohn's Disease in the podcast we are sure we last do our episode in 2020 which is correct we recorded our episode at the end of 2020 and it was released in July 2021, so over a year speaking with both Ryan and Sarah.  Let's speak about today's connection The power of friendship As you see in today's episode Ryan and Sarah went university together so they have known each other for 10 whole years! that brings us to what this episode involves... In this action packed episode we have laughter and seriousness about the certain topics in the title. Ryan shares some Autistic stories that he is experienced and one is upsetting. We also talk the use of toilets of the sunflower lanyard. Sarah takes on a journey about her Crohn's how she is doing and how we agree Fistula's need more reignition we share our stories.  We all go on to talk about Medication, Ryan for his ADHD, which for a long time now he is a massive advocate in the Autism and ADHD world. And of course me and Sarah go on about Crohn's meds, which quite frankly we still take the same medication since the last time we did our last episode together. We talk about procedures the difference between laugh Gas, and Sedation.   A really great episode today, this is what this series is about reunions and also meeting some new people!
