Send us Fan MailLife can be hard. You will experience difficult times, adversities, and tragedies regardless of who you are or your background. These difficult moments can knock you off your feet, leading to unhealthy habits, divorce, and sometimes even suicide. We are not born knowing how to deal with these moments and are often unprepared when they happen. Once they do, we can get stuck, not knowing what to do or how to move forward. Our guest today, Johnny Sirpilla, knows way too much about the pain of dealing with difficult moments in life, having gone through 13 different scenarios to try to become a father with his wife, Susan. From In Vitro Fertilization to natural pregnancies, adoptions, international adoptions, twins, triplets, life-threatening medical concerns, and tested faith, Johnny had to decide how he would get through these moments and live his life to the best of his ability. Some say time heals all wounds. But was it possible in Johnny's case?  In this episode, we talk about:   The impact and pain of tragic events     Searching for the positive through the pain    How to manage and reframe our thoughts    How to emerge through  the pain and live with gratitude Johnny shares a very personal story as an example, "Life is Hard, But it Will Be Okay." Connect with Johnny - https://johnnysirpilla.com/Connect with Carolyn: https://carolyn360.com or use the code leader to meet Carolyn on the Owwll app - https://infinitycoaching.net/appleowwll.
