If we have lived with a negative inner dialogue, of being overly critical, we can begin to rewire our brain, towards an abundant mindset. We can take affirmative action, by becoming mindful of our thoughts, beliefs, words, and actions. By recognizing, the thoughts we entertain, and the beliefs we hold, we can choose to accept those beliefs, or begin renewing our mindset’s with positivity.
