He moved to Hollywood to pursue a successful music career under the stage name Paul Mars Black, earning two platinum albums, touring the world and eventually returning to college to earn a film composition degree at CSUN. Shortly after graduation he added licensed real estate agent to his list of accomplishments.   Several years ago when friends introduced him to the San Bernardino mountains, it reminded him of the gold rush country when he was raised. After finding the house of his dreams, Paul relocated to Lake Arrowhead and pursued his passion of helping others find their ideal vacation homes.
