Oct 2025 to Sept 2026 3% on one year leases and 4.5% on two year leases. Can Mamdani do anything? Stabilized rents benefit. Won’t happen over night. Maybe set the ground work.TOPIC 2: Bus and Subway!!! Fare goin up to $3.00. I remember 50¢ fare. Parents remember 5¢. OMNY replacing Metrocard by end of the year! DO NOT SCAN DEBITS!  DO NOT SCAN PHONES!TOPIC 3: Maybe Back to No Health Insurance? And on top of rent and transportation increases… Premiums for some skyrocketing.
