After gaining experience building security from the ground up in a few companies, he is now working as the chief information security officer (CISO) at LinkedIn. Geoff Belknap, in his second appearance on The Secure Developer, dives into the elements which he believes are key to a successful security organization, and a successful company as a whole (hint: flexibility and adaptability are non-negotiable!).
