Erica T. Boyd is the founder/CEO of iExcelle, a strategic coaching company with the mission of Sharing Strategies for Success. Erica is the daughter of a Baptist Pastor and has spent many years serving the community through outreach efforts with her church and local non-profit groups. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist. After joining the corporate world and learning how to help organizations become more efficient and reach their goals, it became clear to her that individuals can use these same methods to create a vision for their life, set goals and achieve them. Erica created iExcelle as a way to merge her spiritual and corporate knowledge by encouraging, empowering, and educating women to become the highest version of themselves.
