Lauren and Nick have been dating for three years after first meeting on Bumble. They both live with one another and for the most part Lauren says things have been great. However, Nick did get a promotion a few months ago and she has not only started to see him less, but the other day she did get a weird text from Nick about missing dinner which she found out was a scheduled text from him he forgot to delete.
